                        I don't know much about the quality of gravy in a poutine, but real poutine must be made with fresh cheese curds, and not made by superfranchise fast food places. Try a street vendor in Quebec. Real poutine. Yeah not much other way to get real poutine in the world, ever, unless you make it yourself, and even then, if you're not in Quebec it's probably wrong too.

                        Keep in mind that I don't even like poutine. I'm just a elitist foodie even when it comes to things I won't eat myself.
