I agree with the impression. There should be more safety precautions and warnings if they can't perfect their products. If all else fails at least have the parents keep a closer watch. It's sad that that happened to the girl due to what? The blunders of the manufacturers?

The news is always depressing with random shootings everywhere, but it's especially depressing when you hear about things like this. I don't think I could wish a death like this to anyone at all.. just too disgusting to think about.

I feel bad for the kid; she didn't deserve it. I think the parents are right for sueing the pool manufacturer and the Golf Club. What kind of idiots are they for letting that happen? In a kiddy pool too, when they should have known something like that could be dangerous with small children.

Although, the parents should have checked the pool, but knowing how most parents are these days... they don't often do that unless they're looking after a younger child, a toddler maybe... So I guess they're not to blame as much.
