Ad-Aware + HijackThis usually does it for me. You can find the programs by googling, and make sure to look at a tutorial for HijackThis before messing with anything.

Also, run in safe mode when doing your scanning and what not. You do that by tapping the F8 key after you restart.

Buy Trend Micro PC-Cillin. For like $40 you'll never have to worry about spyware again and it's the least taxing antivirus/spyware software on the market.

I tried restoring my computer, it didn't work. I got help from a tech support website and I think everythong is fixed, thanks everyone for all your help.
