None of you have any idea what is needed of you to fill these roles.
From what I can surmise, admins work nearly entirely behind the scenes; and that's what it is - work. Designing, coding, and maintaining a database and a website is not easy, especially with tards trying to hack it all the time. And you can bet with 1.5 million members (especially when people like me keep breaking everything <3 Jason), all of the possible problems will become issues. Perfection is near impossible but these guys do an amazing job.
Mods are not out there to ban people and swing their junk around. They're here to enforce rules that keep this site up. I can't imagine it's fun banning blazze alts, shrinking sigs, and reminding kids not to break the swear filter all day, but someone has to do it. And they have to have the judgement to take the right action when it's needed. They're here to set an example of what a respected member should be. People listen to mods because they're good people, not just because of their green name.
Maybe I shouldn't post this... I slob staff knobs far too often.
