Generally Moderators don't become Admins.

The next Admin will be the next person to show Synth some really awesome coding ideas, or just be a beast at flash. Simple as that.

I don't think we can actually see by somebodies posting ability if they're suitable for the job. IMO an FFR Admin must have these qualities.

1) Know how to design, alter, and code a web page using software such as Dreamweaver
2) Understand what the other admins want to achieve
3) Be trustworthy, nothing like going to work on your own website when you notice somebody deleted everything and changed every bodies avatars to shock porn
4) Be needed by the admins, if you don't have what they're looking for why make you admin?
5) Understand Flash (if your willing to work on the games)
6) Be devoted to the site and have enough time to work on it

thats a tough choice. I dont think you can just say rebirth or jimerax etc without truely knowing what the FFR staff looks for in an Admin.

Most likely, coding capabilities but I'm sure other factors are part of the picking process.


Super Mods are cooler because anyone has the opportunity to become one. You just have to show true dedication to the site.

For admin, I'd say either Specforces or darkshark is going to be next... maybe DrugstoreCowboy, but he has'nt been in the mod stage very long.
