Re: another quake
A lot of people said they barely felt the Earthquake but I understand why, they are a lot further from the epicenter and the fault than I am. I was miles from the epicenter and I think a lot of it has to do with the location of my house and because there's another fault pretty much right next to me as well (earthquake wasn't caused by this fault).
It sucks to have a branch of the fault the "big one" is suppose to happen on running right next to my house and the actual fault running just two miles away. It would suck even more if the epicenter was really close to me, but I highly doubt it.

Re: another quake
I don't really feel earthquakes until i see buildings crack. Then, I would go, "Oh... It must be an earthquake..." There are way too many in Japan...Any FFR song title discrepancies? List them here.

Re: another quake
My grandparents in Fremont felt it pretty well; I hope they're ok. I believe the quake was about 5.4 on the richter scale or something close to that. I'd hate to have stuff like china or lego fall all over the place.Comment

Re: another quake
There we go then.Originally posted by The Associated Press; 7:23 AM EDT, October 31, 2007SAN JOSE, Calif. - The San Francisco Bay area's largest earthquake in nearly two decades rattled homes and nerves, but the magnitude-5.6 temblor caused no serious damage or injuries.
Tuesday's tremor, centered about 9 miles northeast of San Jose, was the strongest to hit the Bay Area since October 1989, when the Loma Prieta earthquake caused 62 deaths and nearly $6 billion in damage.
Though the latest quake was far less of a threat, its was widely felt within an 80-mile radius and reminded Nothern Californians of the eight major faults in the region capable of producing a significant shake.Comment
