        FFR isn't really useless ... gets your hand-eye coordination up which helps with playing musical instruments and such.

            I don't find that it helps my hand-eye coordination, and it certainly doesn't help me play instruments. For piano, I have to use my Chopin and Hanon, and Czerny books, and for guitar and bass I need to practice licks. FFR doesn't even help me type.

                    Well, I play Clarinet in band, and I can control my fingers much easier because I can move them faster now.

                    But then again, maybe I'm giving FFR too much credit. Practice does help. =\

                                    I haven't really improved at clarinet because of arrow games. My timing is miles better than anyone else in band, but playing arrow games just leads to lack of practice in other things.

                                    Also, whoever said running long distances is a useless talent is not correct lol. That is a very useful skill.
