Of course not. I'd be honored.1) In my experience, people skip over signatures without meaning to. Again, I know I do that. I've talked to people with their names in their signatures, but I don't notice. If it's in the post, people will notice, which, again, saves everyone trouble, therefore it's not at all pointless.

2) I like to have other things in my signature (I just haven't gotten around to it on here yet).

So. When I started playing FFR again, I wanted to make an account under the name of Tsugomaru. However, there was already an account under the name tsugomaru which I made ages ago back when Squeek first introduced me to the site. I don't like the lowercase t, I sign my name hoping it'll one day be changed. =[

I don't like it either. It's annoying and pointless. Your screenname is right above your avatar. And if you don't like your screenname, that's your own damn fault for making it.

I can kinda understand if you had a legitimate reason, like Tsugomaru, or you used your nickname or real name. But just restating your user is dumb.

I don't think it's annoying enough to have it's own thread though. >_>

I have to agree that it's pointless if you're just restating your screenname, but I see no reason for it to annoy anyone. I mean, it's just there, it's not like it's causing you any trouble.
