I've heard taking certain martial arts like Tae Kwon Do and wushu can really help you out with flexibility and strength (2 things you really need). I don't really "free run", but I can do a few tricks that I show off. It's very fun, and like the others said you have to be strong and in shape.

Instead of taking her out to a movie and buying her popcorn, bend her over the arm of a couch. It's very economical. Just make sure you are using the proper protection, because then it can become VERY, VERY GOD DAMN UNECONOMICAL if she pops a baby 9 months down the road.
