    parkour

    hey i do parkour and i kinda suck i need some tips if that would help me at all

        Yah...work out...wear leg weights light at first, then when u cant tell ur wearing them, make them heavier. it makes ur feet feel light and u can run faster... =]

                yeah i can do simple tricks and run fast but no kongs or gate vaults or flips. but my friend can do a frontflip and a kong and stuff but i still suck and kneed help also does anyone kno any got pk places in connecticut

                  I didn't say it for nothing. To do advanced parkour, you have to be ****ing strong and very agile. It's one sport you WILL NOT excel in if you don't make yourself strong.

                            Spend more time on free running first, since you'll build precisely the right sets of muscles. Once you're much better at free running, you can start to add in the performance elements of parkour.
