Although polar bears are pretty badass, they could probably all just get midlevel management jobs in Brooklyn or Chicago.

Aren't electric companies going to pump out the same amount of power from their reactors regardless of our consumption levels?

I know I heard something like this before, but I just don't see the connection between the use of a blender and global warming.

Just about my entire house is dark. Power is knocked out because of storm.

Yeah i don't know. I'm not saying it as my own opinion, I was just answering your question as to the reasoning behind person that posted this thread.

                Re: Save The Polar Bears!

I think switching to solar power somehow would be the much better solution. Really, I don't know why everybody doesn't have a solar panel on the top of their house. It'd help so many things, and the people would save money. The only people it'd hurt are the guys at the power company. =\
So I've gone completely slack-ass and haven't done any work on creating games. =(

In less-depressing news, I got a job for an online business (which sells non-electronic games, of all things!) which has taught me a lot about marketing online and all that jazz.

So now I'm on Twitter @NoahWright.
And I write the blog for their website.

Plus I do cool programming in-house that you'll never see. =O

Solar power, wind power, anything like that.

If you unplug something like a clock that you don't really need, energy doesn't go into making it light up.

man-made greenhouse gases do not cause the earth to heat up.

i, too, once believed that global warming was caused by humans. i also believed that the carbon dioxide produced by us is the cause of temperature risings. but take a minute to actually view some of the video i posted and open up to a new idea. you don't have to accept it, just be aware that there are many scientists who have discovered that carbon dioxide released by industrial activity is NOT the cause of global warming.

i dont think i have to worry about global warming just yet.
