i really dont care bout my mom. shes nothin but a bitch. the only ones i care bout is my step dad n somewhat my dad even tho i dont get to see him much. i mean its bull shit that she wont let me over there, even tho he is 1 town away, i mean wtf. =/. my mom kinda knows that i kno, but she fully isnt sure. she has an idea.... but i jus dont kno how to confront her, n the best time... i mean dinner time isnt good, i kno that!

Well, talking and expressing your feelings is usually the way to go...but some people need to be roughed up before they listen.

If they fight like children, treat them like children. Give them a mental "spanking".

If you feel that your step-father needs to know, you might have to go to him first. It does seem like tattling, but doing nothing is sometime the worst thing to do.

Anyways, Beat the crap outta the guy your mom is cheating with, and if thats not possible, call the cops on him and your mom, even if your mom gets arrested, it's her fault anyway.

I tend to be a bit blunt about these situations, but here's what I (notice: this is what I would do, not what I'm telling you to do) would do. I'd just go up to her and be like "I know you are cheating. Stop being a bitch, stop cheating, or I'll tell my stepdad. I don't care if you ground me, punish me, whatever, because you've forced me into this situation, and this is how it's gonna be." You have to show strength in these situations, show that you're on top, otherwise they'll just walk all over you.

Btw, when I do that it doesn't usually work, but it sure makes me feel a helluva lot better.
