another way is to talk it out with your parents tell them that you dont like them fighting but try to avoid the whole cheating on your dad thing that might get your mom killed

Also how old are you? If you can kick the shit outta this asshole cheating with your mom do it now. He is just causing trouble for your family. If you cant kick the shit outta him get him arrested. Or lie to your mom about him.

If you do get along with your parents, you might have to actually sit down with them (usually one at a time), and spell out what you know about what they are doing.

Sometimes, your dissaproval of them hurts more than you think. I don't mean telling them "You are the worst parents ever!" but instead, you have to talk to them as an adult, as a person who speaks rationally. If you mother doesn't care about your opinion, what could she care about. She gave you life and she still wouldn't care about you? I don't think so. Not getting angry while talking to them about it is one of the hardest things. You might not be able to have them reconciliate, but you can at least have them stop fighting, even if it is only because of their love for you.

Both of them gave you life. You might be the only thing that the still have in common. They might need to understand that.

If it was me, I'd say to my mom, "WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU, I AM SO OUTTA HERE, YOU ARE THE WORST MOM EVER!!!!!"

Anyways, Beat the crap outta the guy your mom is cheating with, and if thats not possible, call the cops on him and your mom, even if your mom gets arrested, it's her fault anyway.
