Since you're RARing it, you can chop it up into a bunch of smaller, more manageable files and upload them separately.

Filefront allows you to upload 1 GB large files. You could chop it into four different parts and use that.

Can't just back up onto a DVD? I'm quite sure a DVD that you own is less volatile than a free server that could go down at any time or delete your file without prior notice.
Even if you don't have a DVD burner, you could split it and put it on a handful of CDs.
The best thing to do is put it on one of your other computers through your network, that's what I do.
But then again, not everyone has multiple computers...
