The speed of the sneeze is only on of the 3 variables. There is also mass of the sneeze and the mass of the person. If you sneeze small amounts of gas only, you don't as much. It all depends on how much is being shoved away from you.
Also, another thing that matter is your mass. You have to move your ENTIRE mass. A large person has to more more mass. You have a ratio between the mass of the propellant (the sneeze), and the person.
The heavy person with a small sneeze will accelerate the slowest, and the small person with a large sneeze will accelerate the quickest.
The small sneeze/small person and the large sneeze/large person will be in the middle.
