Ok, when you say the green is now as powerful as the red, do you mean for all the ships, because it still doesn't seem as powerful as the red when using the speed ship (even against the shielded enemies, which I thought it was supposed to be strong against. =().
Then again, it might just be because I only play on hard mode.
Otherwise, looks pretty good so far. Best weapon-levelling method I've been able to find seems to be suicide-charging ships a few times in a row, or running over a group of those little people. Blue, by far, seems the easiest of the three to max out, since it pierces. Green would be the second-best due to homing and the fact that it starts behind you makes it a fast leveller against the dark green enemies.
Getting some subtitles or something on that opening.

EDIT: Ok, so, the shield of the defense ship is incredibly abusable. You can basically just use it to bounce everything to the ground, and it seems to absorb everything shot at you without any repercussions (meaning, I've never had it run out once). Mixing that with, say, the green shot means that you have invincibility AND homing all at once. =/
Also, there's a glitch where if you use the shield on a tank, the tank will bounce back, then continue coming forward. I call it a glitch because afterwards, you can't attack the tank at all, and it no longer shoots at you.
