He just wrote the first 50 digits of Pi on the board, then recited the first fifty digits while NOT looking at the board! Now y'all know, I'm a geek if I get excited over the first fifty digits of Pi.

My math teacher has half of pi on her wall. and she only knows 89 of the numbers.

There is no "half" of pi, pi is infinite.

my freshman Algebra teacher knew pi up to 50 digits, and everyone was wtfing in the class for 3 minutes.

one of my teachers only knows 23 numbers out of.........many. But there was this guy on Discovery channel who said 22,500 numbers of pi without looking,and it took him 5 hours to do it...

I never understood what was so impressive about memorizing a string of random digits. Oh well.
