Learning pi to 50 digits isn't hard. I memorized the order of the first 23 or so elements in one class period and I still don't even know my Spanish teacher's name.
Wimp. I've got the entire freaking Periodic Table memorized...well, almost the entire thing. I still can't rattle off atomic masses, and I have some trouble with the elements after the actinides. (This is the sort of thing that happens when you're a lonely man and your mom is a chemist.)
Getting back on topic, I have the first 25 decimals down pat, but I can never remember the order of the next 15.

I just use the squiggly double T button on my calculator for pi. Unless the teacher specifies how many digits she wants. Then I just look in my agenda thing they give us and it has like 15 digits.
He just wrote the first 50 digits of Pi on the board, then recited the first fifty digits while NOT looking at the board! Now y'all know, I'm a geek if I get excited over the first fifty digits of Pi.
I've known 50 for over 3 years. It's stuck in my memory. If you asked me then I'd be able to do the same thing, but over the internet it's impossible for you to tell I'm lying.
I have 14/18 stanzas of Edgar Allen Poe's "The Raven" memorized
I'm working on getting the whole thing
that will be a sweet day.... nevermore
Rap, rap, rap, at the door.
Call the ravens, nevermore.
