I like it when idiots try to make themselves look more intelligent by using inflated speech, but then they misuse about every fluff word they add to their statements (my favorite is who/whom errors, because everyone KNOWS "whom" can replace "who" anywhere and give the writer instant IQ++++).

Not trying to sound smrt or anything, but in my opinion steve irwin should be rerspected for the fact that he had far more heart about animals than any of you will have about anything. neddorn you are a complete loser for trying to start an arguement (and succeeding) about a person who was 100000x times more important to society than you will ever be. Bottom line is when it comes down to it me and you are both posting in a random online forum that ultimatly noone cares about (other than a few select people) and when you try and make a valid argument here, you have to relize that you cant be a complete loser while doing it. The reason people respect posters like sertman and hr2 (just out of nowhere) 99% of there opinions are valid and indepth. Whereas yours is one sided and a complete waste of time. "ZOMG look teh croc hunter is dead, he sucks dont feel bad other people die to!" What the hell is wrong with you? Steve Irwin wrestled crocodiles and saved animals while your at home exercising your masturbation muscle. STFU and get the **** out of here with all that "Media Sellout" and "Anyone Can Do It" attitude. He saved countless animals, he knew more about animals than probly anyone else in the world, he funded countless charities, he educated millions of people about animals, he had the balls to wrestle crocodiles(im sure your anxious to hop in the water with one of them), and while he did all this he raised 2 children, had a wife, AND he was passionate about his work.

Anyway you look at it he is far above ordinary and worthy of much admiration.

a personality like this is a loss on society, that is why people are sad.

Wow I just had a thought that trying to flame people on-line is like the special olympics. And yes I support this kind of action. But could we all set it aside for a second, take a deep breath, and calm down? He's gone, some of us are sad, some not. I think that is the best way to sum it up.

But when a charitable person that spent every penny they had for animal sanctuaries and to end animal cruelty is killed, it tends to be a little much when someone comes in here and starts saying they were a tool, etc etc.

And hey, you're what, fifteen? Of course you're going to die some day, but it's not a prevelent thought in your mind. You've "made your peace" with it now when you know it's not going to happen to you.

I'd love to see you look death in the face and still carry that attitude.

Well, apparently you've paid attention to nothing i've said, as I said previously I honor this man for doing what he did. I've never said he was a tool, I merely said the fact of the matter is He's dead. Stop trying to argue with people whether or not he should be respected or not, it's their opinion deal with it. You're no one to criticize someone elses perspective on a certain topic. And just FYI i'm 20 thanks~ not that 5 years makes a big difference

The short-tail stingray, Dasyatis brevicaudata, is a stingray of the family Dasyatidae, found on the continental shelf in the Indian Ocean, and around temperate and subtropical coasts of Australia and New Zealand, at depths of up to 470 m. Its length is up to 430 cm, and it is reputed to be the largest stingray in the world, weighing more than 350 kg.

There are often 2 stings, the front one small, the rear one huge, which bear toxin glands.

It frequently raises its tail in a scorpion-like fashion when approached, but is considered more inquisitive than aggressive. The barbed tail can inflict a severe or potentially fatal wound however.
