Well, how are we going to know who can address the problem when we don't know what it is?

When you put the Windows disks in, and the boot screens come up, do you click "boot from floppy drive"?

Well you know what anime freak, not that many people have the money to do that. He has a serious problem here and youre just ****ing up the thread so shut the hell up. God i know why i put you on my block list before.

On topic. Take it to the geek squad, sounds stupid, but so far no one here can help. Maybe they can =/ But if it going to cost more than 200 dollars dont do it. Thats when you buy a new computer.

If you get a new computer, for God's sake, don't transfer over what was in your harddrive.

Odds are it was caused by a virus. Now you don't want to mess up the new computer.

                            Re: Compie Help

                            Geek squad sucks.

I've had to fix 13 computers that had been worked on by them (I work at a computer repair shop)

                            What OS are you running? S ince it's 5 years old, I'm guessing it's 2000 or 98.

Unless you upgraded to XP. Which on a 5 year old comp, is going to run slooooow.

Probably not a virus just catastophic failure from oldness. If you found it tucked away I'm guessing it had a lot of dust and stuff in it. Dust and grime is one of the undermentioned major reasons why computers malfunction.

Also maybe your ps2 and usb ports has gone bad. (Happens more than you think)

You should definitely spring for a new comp.

You can get one 10x as good as you probably have for about $300.
