Also, I'm surprised your allergist didn't have any kind of recommendations for what you can/can't eat. If you're really concerned, you should try to fine a nutritionist, who can look at what you can't eat and create a healthy diet for you.

Well they allergist i had was asian and in his late 40's and his english wasn't too fluent, he kinda seemed like he wanted to move on to the next patient.

So, maybe he can't read English and switched your file with someone else's? Everyone I've known who has a peanut allergy goes into shock within minutes of eating peanuts.

Even so, check the internet, hit a Barnes & Noble, look for recipies for peanut allergies -- it's such a serious problem that there are limitless resources for avoiding problems.

Feel sorry for you Church, must be a tough thing to go through. I have a nephew who is lactose intolerant and that sucks as it is not being able to give him loads of stuff like chocolate, and the amount of stuff that has traces of nuts in it is insane, so it must be difficult, just keep going man.
