THATS THE BESt PART! Half the time they do nothing, there are little to no fouls to call and the ball hardly ever goes out of bounds other than a goal kick. It might only be $20 hr., but it is being paid $20 hr. to do nothing.

Two of my best friends (also brothers) soccer tryouts finally end today. (Tryouts for them was 4 days in a row, twice a day) Their mom and I think one is going to make Varsity and the other JV, with would ultimately suck. By the way they are sophomores and the stupid coach doesn't judge on talent, he judges on if you're an upperclassmen you normally get in Varsity.

Nah, trust me, I went to every JV soccer game last year to watch my friends and cheer them on, you know the usual. I then went to two Varsity games and was shocked at some of the stupid things the players were doing.

Isn't it awesome, though? I live in Burbank (obviously, look at my location), and I go to St. Laurence. Hmm... nope, I don't think we ever play you guys, unless you're in the Reavis Rams or LaSallian Cup tourneys.

I have no idea about the tourneys. I'm not one for knowing whats happening for my teams, for 2-3 years my dad was the team manager and i knew the least on the team about what was going on 8). Eh, we'll see, I'll try and keep it posted.

Just made varsity so i'm really happy right now.

It was close though. If O = the bubble, then Q = where I was right on the bubble.

ERGGHH... I haven't been able to make doubles for the past two days because of work, so I'm not sure how good my chances are. I'll know by tomorrow, hopefully.

Well, I've got my brand new white and gold #16 jersey and shorts now. I'm on the team. Not much else I can say, except that I'm pretty happy... and lucky.
