On a few rare times I get a spyware or two(literally no more than two), but otherwise I don't get any of the other stuff, too much prevention.

Google AVG Anti Virus and boom.

I don't know why nobody uses this though, it's so much better than Norton and Mcafee or whatever which slows the motherfuckingshit out of you on start up and what not. AVG is leet.

lightness, AVG isnt the best. It doesnt have worm protection :P
