                        I hate marching band. Hate hate hate hate hate hate hate it.

                        I was in band all through high school. I played the trumpet. I was pretty good, but nothing special. Was pretty fun for the first few years, when we still had enough good players to play some good, challenging songs. But my senior year all of the good people left, and the band was left with me and three or four other good players. This meant that we suddenly had to play much easier music, and band became so boring as to be almost unbearable.

                        I really liked Jazz Band my junior year. That was a fun experience. But again, all of the seniors graduated that year, leaving the jazz band a craptastic shell of its former self.

                        Anyway, I haven't touched the trumpet in about a year. I'm not good enough to join a college level group, and I just don't really care about playing it anymore.

                                    Violin < everything. (<-- thats not a typo) violin is ok and all.....and im good at it, but playing it makes me feel like a wussy orchestra geek. o_o no offense, but ppl in orchestra are nerds. altho, i admit, playng lord of the rings is fun on violin.
