I don't care if he says he's going to be more active. He can be active for two weeks and then go inactive for another two months. He's already had his share of inactivity over the span of time he's been an admin that he can't make up for.

Are you on LSD or something? Yes, FishFishRevolution this means that you should read what I'm about to say since you have ADD or something and never read any of my posts or present relevant points to my arguments.

Ask anyone who knows what they're talking about (aka people who have other forum experience, not people who judge by persona or judge without thinking) and they will tell you how 87x, Cenright and nestle should not be administrators.

Being active is by far the most important thing of an admin, and 87x is NOT active whatsoever, you can check his post dates. I can think of at least 5 people on this forum that would be better admins than he is, and it's NO trouble whatsoever to give/take away admin positions, people act like it is. It takes less than a minute to give someone admin or take away someone's admin.

If 87x, Cenright and nestle retired from being administrators, there would be hardly any change in the administration that anyone would notice besides their names not being there, and you're kidding yourself to think that there would be.

All the experienced forum users (not just FFR's) like Kilgamayan and MrESqueek will probably agree with me, people who know next to nothing about them like MoP will probably disagree with me.

Kilga, apparently the users of this forum think that the public's decision is how the forum should go. So yes, the admins are chosen by popular vote.

A good idea when running a internet community is to assume that the normal members of said community don't know their collective asses from a hole in the ground when it comes to making important decisions. An admin's job is to make those decisions given what they think is best for the community.

If 87x thinks it would be better for the community that he stay, then he should stay. If he thinks it would be better for the community to leave, then he should leave.

Who can say where the cloud's blowed from or who the soul'll be 'morrow? Only Sonmi the east an' the west an' the compass an' the atlas, yay, only the atlas o' clouds.

When you retire from a site it is your opinion alone. There is absolutely no need to take thoughts from other people. If people don't like you, you can still stay.

I think if you want to retire, say so in the moderator's section and be done with it. If you don't then you stay. The final decision lies with you or Synth...and we all know Synth isn't going to be removing admins because he feels like it anytime soon.

            Retire.

Mind you, I think you were a great admin, but the inactivity issue is a big one. I think the simple presence of admins on the forums would keep things from getting out of control, so your inactivity is a big deal.

It may appear that we have sufficient admins by looking at the list, but when the only ones I see doing things are Arch, LD, and Chardish to a slight extent (jewpin is currently away), that doesn't give the best of impressions.

If you're not willing to devote the time to your position (which you have not been doing as of the past several months), then you should give it up to someone who will.

I say that if you become more active, stay, but if you're just gonna leave for a long time again, retire. You seem like a pretty cool guy, and I'd love for you to stay, but it's entirely your choice.

I'm not even going to bother with Arch because though he may think he knows how a forum should run, he has no fucking idea how much of an idiot he comes off as.

I voted that you should stay, only because of the purpose of the vote. I agree with how you moderate and your ideas about what is good and bad moderation. We have our differences, but I respect your opinions on moderation. That said, I realistically think you should leave. There's no point in this forum any more. MANY people I've talked to have realized this and have stopped coming on here because of it. It would be best for you to leave, probably, for yourself. I don't know how many times I've looked at the board out of curiosity, only to find that there's nothing worthwhile, and that any post that I'd make would probably get deleted or edited anyways, and that some of the posts that I would like to have posted in are locked with no reason given. The admins here bicker too, which makes for a terrible forum. Plus there's Arch.

Just leave and don't look back. Every time I come here I regret it because I know that I'll just get frustrated with the incompetence of the moderators and users in general.

You're hardly active enough to make a difference. Retire.

                    Then don't come here.

Not a hard decision to make. o_O

Then your opinion means nothing, obviously.

I don't think this is going anywhere. Obviously no one is going to change their minds. 87x- this should be your decision alone.

I think you should leave if your going to continue to be non-active.

The time you were gone doing nothing for FFR isn't doing any good for the community. I think you should retire. You might suddenly leave again for another few months.

Unless I missed something, can't synth just get more admins(if the need arises) and 87x keep his admin position.
Arch0wl, don't flame this post calling me ignorant or something. I am asking a question. I would like an answer in the least ass way possible. 87x having admin under his name doesn't hurt anything.

It's your desision, 87x. Also, if you give up your admin position, it's like you're insta-banned or something. Stay if you want to or leave if you want to. Keep your admin position if you (or synth) want(s you) to, or not.
