like i said before...it's a critical error on your system.
Here's what is happening..
Windows is trying to do something, and it is getting commands to get the hardware to respond, and what's this, something is all fucked up, so windows is like "i.. i don't know what to do.. this shouldn't be here." and it goes into a self- protect mode and the computer basically shuts down. It is a variation of the old blue screen of death except it doesn't leave the kernel exposed like in 98, which decreases the chance of a major windows foul up.
You get a blue screen that comes up and say "check your hardware if this has happened more than once, otherwise restart your computer" and then begins the physical memory dump.
It has nothing to do with a virus, which is why an antivirus program won't pick it up.
I suggest you go back and recall what drivers you've updated, try rolling those back, or check any new hardware or software you've installed.
