As for the ruler thing, you can move both fingers at the same time. You have to hold the ruler at a specific angle, where the friction and gravity causes it to be unstable and lets both fingers move. Its a bit of a cheat, but it gets the job done.

As for the foot/hand stuff, i can do it without much problem. That's probably because I can write with both hands, ambidextrous ftw.
