However, its more likely than not that the feelings are mutual, so I'm not going to pretend that I think you'll care very much about my post.
Intolerance suggests I hate people for having opinions contrary to my own. I don't agree with other people, and if I strongly disagree, I will point out flaws in their opinions, sure. You do that yourself, though. I think everyone that argues on a daily basis does that.

I actually have more to write, but I've got work in ten minutes.

You're cool... but man, you need to stop being a pansy. You're a pushover. You overanalyze everything. There's a lot of shit wrong with you, and I'm hoping you're figuring it all out and possibly seeing someone about it.

The crap I give you is called tough love. I'm not going to baby you and put up with your whining. Only you can change who you are. I, for one, am working on myself as well. We all want the best for you.

I think Lararl's pretty cool. I've only talked to him about once or twice on msn but judging from his posts he's one of those SUPER SUPER honest types, speaks his mind and sticks to his own points of view. Of course, people who are blatantly obvious can sometimes get people pissed off... but yeah he's an overall nice guy. just needs to work a bit on the self esteem.

You post in a similar manner, demeaning to those that oppose you and in a way that makes it seem there is no flaws in your logic, that you are totally unbeatable.
On the contrary, I only post my logic so others can find fault in it. Then I can change or improve it, and use it in the real world.

What the hell else am I going to call it?

Somehow, the "I'm tired of bullshitting: Do you think I'm alright or not?" didn't sound quite right as a thread title.
But it is what you're really asking of everyone.

I've even said, multiple times, AND inside of threads (not just in the chatroom) that my name is Casey and I'd rather people call me by that.
I refuse to call you my your real name, Laharl, mainly because I know you can't be that bad in person.

                  Keep a journal. . . . . . .

I'm not even going to quote that last paragraph.

I've got to go now, but watch your step or I'll tell you how old I am. (If you don't already know, that is.)

guys... lets take a step back and look at this for a second. we're arguing about things like "the title of this thread" and whether someone keeps a journal or not. clearly neither of those is this issue that needs addressing here... so i dont see any need to argue about things that are irrelavent.

so, what is this thread about? self-esteem? perhaps, at least partially. but thats clearly not what the main issue is. if any of you saw the thread that casey posted a few days ago about, basically, his life falling apart, i think there would be a bit more understanding goin on here. maybe its just how i see things... but when i see someone with a problem i tend to try to help rather than simply point out fault. i made a reference in an earlier post to this forum being somewhat of a family... lets try and treat things, at least those things that are important, as a family would. maybe i'm way off base, but i dont think so.

as far as age, its irrelavent. maturity is not. i'm older than a majority of the people on this site... does that really mean anything truly? i dont think so. if i come across a 12 year old with a good head on their shoulders and some maturity in some way, shape or form... would i treat them worse than a 17 year old with no sense? certainly not. age is not an issue here.

I just turned 14, Laharl, and I haven't gone to high school yet. I don't think this is worth my time anymore.

But I think I finally understand what's going on here. It's now obvious that you have an extremely split personality, and you're doing a horrible job at doing anything about it.

That's just pathetic. If your life is so horrible, why do you try and darken the lives of others by posting your journal for all to see?

I've seen your pictures. You look way older than you claim to be. If you want to be so well known, try publishing a book titled...

Oh, never mind. I'm getting extremely tired of this. So how about you just go on hating the world, and the world will just go on pitying you, and we'll both find ways to spend our time better.

If Laharl sees my post soon, he isn't observing his break very well. Shame on him.

I like him. Even though he is a little hypersensitive. Ah, who am I kidding? Incredibly hypersensitive. Emotionally challenged. Et cetera.

He is still (usually) okay in my book though.

TheTypist, you told him to keep a journal. So now you're saying that keeping a journal is pathetic?

He was saying that parading his journal all over the place was pathetic, not keeping one.
