FFR and Adderall

For those non-ADHD users out there, what is your opinion of playing FFR while taking adderall? Do you do it very often? I'm not a regular user, don't get me wrong, but I use it to focus when studying for important tests/finals and being addicted to FFR I always play a few games. I've seen that my speed, stamina, and accuracy exponentially increase. Thoughts?

Interestingly enough I also feel tired but kind of energized at the same time. It doesn't really affect my playing, but then again I'm still playing songs within a d4/d5 difficulty range which require less speed and stamina obviously.

makes sense. adderall improves performance w/r/t repetitive, boring tasks.

I frequently perform markedly better in dota after I've taken adderall. I don't think it's worth taking just to increase gaming performance though, for me at least the side effects can be pretty rough

I have been prescribed adderall and I can't say it really changes how well I perform at the game. The only difference I see is that it makes whoring a particular song not seem such a task. In my opinion, if you're prescribed adderall, I would only take it for what it's intended for....not for rhythm gaming. That goes for any amphetamine as well.

In my opinion, if you're prescribed adderall, I would only take it for what it's intended for....not for rhythm gaming.

well, typically it's prescribed on a daily basis and lasts for, what, 8-10 hours? It's unlikely you could take it regularly and not get at least little game time in.

Yes, but realistically you won't take it every single day. I only take it days I go to school or work on something that requires a lot of studying. However, I don't think it's worth taking if you're going to be just gaming for that day.

Yeah it does fuck with your ability to sleep sometimes. It also doesn't help that I smoke as well, so I will skip meals from time to time. I usually have to take it before noon if I want to sleep good for the night. Otherwise, it will keep me up at 4 in the morning.

adderall and associated drugs work differently with people who need it (ADD/ADHD) and people who don't

I've played and made files on various different drugs lol
