The benefit of "America sucks" bandwagoning versus "America is the Best" bandwagoning is that the former has the cachet of being mostly correct.

Since the video in the OP (which was the 2011 index), Canada improved to 4th in 2012 and then back to 8th in 2013, the USA fell to 88th and then to 99th.
