lol i've heard it at least a dozen times on NBC xD. but yea this forum needs a sports sub-forum plz. gymnastics is cool, it gets an unfortunate wrap as being 'girly' for whatever reason, but they're incredible. loving the great coverage and internet availability though

phelps is actually the most successful olympic athlete of all time. won more gold medals (and medals in general) than any other individual at the games.

so he doesn't have much to lose here

Getting pumped for the track cycling events. The road cycling event was interesting in contrast to Le Tour De France which ended maybe a week ago. The strategy was entirely different since there isn't the chance of winning on multiple stages; all the riders had to give it all they had in just one race. To be honest I wasn't very impressed by the circuit they took, but I suppose it met it's purpose.

it's possible there is a woman who just happens to be much better than the rest of the women at the moment just as sometimes there are men a lot better than the other men sometimes.

that being said, a doper or cheater or whatever you want to call it coming from china is probably the most likely out of all countries. i just don't know and any speculation at this point is just speculation.

she sounds like a great swimmer who's especially amazing at freestyle. maybe Lochte burned more energy than her in the earlier parts of the 400m? just my guess.

Ryan Locht was really amazing to watch. I was watching the rerun last night of the Olympics during the ending stretch of his 400IM, and I can't say I wasn't impressed that he not only took the gold his first year, but he also beat Phelps who has won a medal every year for the past 17 Olympics

No. I couldn't care about the Olympics.

My City is only hosting the Woman's Football and it's casing a lot of pointless chaos with public transport. I'd hate to actually be in London where everything is going on.

While that is the optimistic viewpoint, I can tell you with 100% certainty as someone who closely follows endurance sports that she is doped to the gills.

The Chinese pull this crap way too often.

if you say so, haha. I don't know the first thing about competitive swimming. just hoping for the best.

Tsonga and Raonic are at 13 games apiece in the third set.

                            wait what

I know this is true, but I wouldn't assume that they did this for all athletes. Unless China is really that determined to win.
