lol. 10/12 from outside the arc is impressive against anyone though. I couldn't do that if I had my own gym for two months. I'm typically a Carmelo hater, but praise is in order.

Its annoying here in the states with NBC being the only local channel provider having rights to broadcast the Olympics. They repeatedly cut out parts of events just to make it "more thrilling". When I see gymnastics I want to at least see one of every rotation. We did not even see the US Mens team go onto the rings or the high bar. All we saw was pommel horse, floor routine and at least 30 minutes worth of commercials.

also lol at the boxing ref that got expelled for not calling KOs like 3 times. Really makes you wonder if sports with judging should even be in the olympics, there's always gonna be subjectivity no matter how many judges there are and how close to the guidelines they try to stay :\

whoaaaaa I hadn't heard about that. sounds ugly. so many "judge" sports are key parts of olympic tradition though. wouldn't be the same without gymnastics at all. guess we'll be treated to our fair share of controversies forever! yay!

hahaha for sure xD. Yeah i've been watching the gymnastics yesterday and today a lot, it is a great sport and they have such incredible control over their bodies. definitely one of the most hype events of the games :P

The librarian from my school is on the Canadian Women's Rowing team that got the Silver Medal. Pretty cool.
