I hope you realise that you are a ****ing idiot.

At that speed, your reaction and stoppage time would be slow enough that if something random were to happen (car pulling out without warning, something on the road or even an ill-timed sneeze) that you would be dead, as would other cars/people etc involved in such an accident.

That cop should've walked you around to the back of your car and flogged you with his stick for a while.

Edit: and to make matters even more 'mature', you're making light of this and gloating about it. I just hope that if you ever cause an accident that takes another persons life or ruins someones life that you survive, just so you get the fun of living with the guilt. Grow up mate~

This is why I hate cars, and driving, and roads. It all seems so unsafe and ridiculous to me. How can I trust other people on the road? The average person isn't coordinated at all and there are lots of people that just love to drive fast. People really worry about the dumbest stuff like an insect in the house or some shit and then don't concern themselves with something really worth worrying about.

Thank goodness the officer let you go; otherwise, you would have racked a bunch of fines/penalties if you were caught:
- Driving without due care ($368 + 6 points)
- Exceeding the driving limit >60km/h ($483 + 3 points)
- Car gets impounded for a week for first time offenders ($210 + towing/storage cost)

... this threads a joke(not on 25th hours part but the people scolding a grown man).. he got pulled over for doing 84mph.. most people cruise the highway around where i live at between 80 - 85 mph.. ive been pulled over for doing 95 in a 65 and have driven over 125mph in my eclipse.. i have gotten a $345 ticket(not that im proud of it it was stupid, damn cop was hiding..) but people drive fast and as cavernio said people on the autobahn drive much faster then that.. i dont understand why people would act harshly to this.. not everyone should drive fast but if you have a nice car and are a cautious and alert driver then whatever.. im a good driver and have never had an accident and like to drive fast..

you're guaranteed to see someone driving that recklessly if you're on the highway for more than 20 minutes. I'm honestly surprised to see so many harsh reactions ITT.

The point isn't to compare how fast others have gone in comparison to 25thhour, or to see how much worse we've had it (and got away with it) compared to him. It's honestly people's responsibility to show disapproval for these sort of actions in general. i.e. discourage idiocy
