I'm on standby to evacuate... I really hope my house won't be burnt down.... about 15-20 of my friends houses have already burned down. Shit's scary over here. And yeah there is ash everywhere. And that smoke. Sucks.

Oh I have a place to go thank you. I mean it sucks because I leave for an internship in two weeks. Incase it spreads and my family needs to evacuate I won't be in the state to help... I would hate to leave early, ya know?

I think im fine I live in Castle Pines which is in Castle Rock... about like 50 miles from the fire or so. The fact that pine beetle is literally killing all of the trees doesn't help the fire case either. And the wind and hot temps.... colorado is still one of the most beautiful states i know.

Fires are terrible when let loose in society. They are best kept in small areas for looking at and comfort. best way to deal with them is to get men in yellow tacky coats to use hoses and axes on them and soon they'll be gone, along with whatever the fire thought was fancy, like your backyard.

If anything, I hope the people in Colorado are okay.Cross your fingers for a freak snowstorm or something.

Had big fires near here before (not near my house) just close enough to get stuff covered in ash.
