I had that bug to, I had to do some weird shit with the audio files to get it to work correctly. I don't know what would happen if you were on a console because you can't edit files and folders.
There are a lot of scripting errors if you do things in really weird orders or in weird ways. If you try and attack targets at random times during plot quests you can end up messing things up. If you play the game as it was intended then you wont notice anything wrong.
I do feel like they could have put more work into balance and itemization. It seems like they mostly focused on environment detail and quest plot. Which is to be expected if they wanted to make the game look amazing in a demo.
I'm still having fun regardless of weird issues such as being able to scale mountains on a horse by jump glitching up straight walls.
