All you have to do is certain things to get around yy'ing. You can still fayde shot by sprinting instead of yy. You can topspin if you use equipment during it by using claw. Equipment cancelling is going to end up being the new yy.

Not every game has to do something different and unique. I really enjoy playing FPS games without new and crazy game mechanics. Modern Warfare is also the only modern decent FPS I know of that focuses on really just walking around and shooting other players while involving some basic tactics like pulling off a good flank. Obiously this game has a lot of really annoying and retarded fanboys but that doesn't make the game any less fun. I play games for fun, not to be a pretentious hipster, and I find MW3 fun. Yeah the maps are kinda pissing me off but that's about the only problem I have with the game. Also with regards to sequels and stuff like that, yeah, it's pretty much the same thing as COD4 with a couple of extra goodies and ever so slightly (EVER so slightly in this case) improved graphics. Would you care to tell me why this game is unfun overall or bad? I've been playing video games since before SNES when I was a toddler and honestly the hipster overly-critical crowd of gamers I find to be more annoying then the semi-retarded steriotypical FPS fanboys.

That's your opinion, and that's all that it is. Look at the facts. This franchise is the highest grossing game developed, it boasts the highest numbering online community daily, and it brings in the most revenue among fps games. Simply put, it is a damn good game. If it truly sucked ass, no one would buy it. Who cares if the developers are greedy. If they put out a game that I can enjoy, I honestly don't give a shit about what else they stand for.

I agree but not to that extent. COD4 was ****ing amazing as shit for me. MW2 was still pretty ****ing awesome but felt slighlty worse for whatever reason. I think it might be because everybody has an affinity to the first game of a series they come across. MW3's maps really piss me off but everything else seems fine and dandy and a lot more balanced.

k mw2 was good for a while but after people discovered shit like oma-tubing and tactical nuke boosting and all the other stupid shit they added that they shouldnt have it became the same shit over and over again


ive played to about level 35 or 40 or whatever in mw3 and the shit just pisses me off
the weapons are ridiculous, they sound so terrible
the new killstreak system makes me mad because anyone can get shit like stealth bombers or ospreys on support
instead of gimping sniping a little so its harder and you dont see everyone running around in L0LZQU1CKSC00P mode they made it so easy a 3 year old can go positive kdr with a sniper
theres probably more but i dont feel like typing anymore
