I also have my own server which was started during 1.8 that I did a large amount of the work on alone, we have a dirt house (because I can't decide on anything that I want to rebuild it with), a small little establishment in the Nether which will be expanded eventually, Enchantment Table + an exp grinder I'm still trying to make work. Nothing very special and I only have 1 other person who actually likes to get on, so if anyone wants to join they just have to let me know. Also my internet isn't very great but for the most part it isn't very laggy.
P.S. I use Hamachi because my router is not user friendly with port forwarding.
