Retro games are usually so old their copyrights have expired.
Anyone with a background in C or Java can make those games quite easily anyway.

You would have to completely reprogram them yourself though. No one is ever going to take the time to do that. These are roms and are still illegal. Although I'm pretty sure even if you reprogrammed them nintendo would have copyrights on things like zelda and mario.

At any rate I doubt they are going to pursue legal action against this site. So whatever.

actually with Game Maker it doesn't take that long. Not even much coding knowledge needed if you find a good pre-designed template
