Oh my god yes.

I doubt the site will stay up long though. They're offering free full versions of copyrighted Nintendo games on the front page. :/ They should at least require a free signup to stay partially hidden.

Retro games are usually so old their copyrights have expired.
Anyone with a background in C or Java can make those games quite easily anyway.
