private server, 1500x exp...game doesn't suck anymore
Level 140 segnale, and still getting decent EXP soloing in Aquarius. Haven't played it that much either, but I think I'll be sticking with the seg. Seg is pretty awesome, easy to solo with or party with...the only downfall is that after 100ish when you max curse field and the like, you don't really have any skills to improve on. So basically, if you're going to play a seg, do NOT go full heal...after 100ish you need to up your weapons to handle higher enemies due to lack of skills. You'll have to upgrade them too.
Level 115 Bagi...don't really like it. Potting gets excessive soloing. The bagi is strong, but acts like a giant punching bag that you have to constantly pot. AOEs you get after level 82 are strong, but cost MP pots like crazy as well.
Basically, don't Bagi if you want to solo later on.
Started a summoner. Level 90. Sucks pretty bad until you get the twin sword AOEs, which are impressively strong. They do a lot of damage to everything. Too bad the summoners defense sucks so bad it's not even funny. I was playing with SCWolf who had a summoner 30 levels higher than my Seg and he died twice as fast when we got mobbed. BAD BAD defense D:
Basically, plan to get killed if you play this class, though you do get some nice AOE attacks.

Yeah seriously thinking of making another bagi. Will not make an AK until they fix the "ADD DUAL WEIGHT" problem that doesn't stack the attack of the two weapons that you're using. If this was fixed i'd easily make an AK. Summoners have nice AoE's but I'm more of a PVPer myself, and PVP is definetly not a summoners strong point on this server. When the summoners get their new skills, then they will dominate, but until then, they're ass.
On stone 300x I have a full +7 bagi thats pretty much unstoppable in pvp. I think with my bagi on stone i'm 122 and 3 in PVP.
Oh yeah and MasterGTS also plays FULL TIME, he quit 2moons, had enough of the drama I suppose. We use a vent, as stated in an earlier post, if you have a microphone feel free to join us

Summoners would be by far the best in PvE by the looks of the 3 best AOE attacks it has if it wasn't for the fact that the summoners defense sucks SO BAD D:
The enemies near the end of the game are so imbalanced in terms of how much damage they do. It really makes soloing almost impossible near the end of the ruins and into pilgrimage, regardless of level, which is annoying for someone like me that doesn't want to party all the time =/ With a summoner you definitely have no choice at all, given you're dead almost instantly without a healer XD
I mean, I have no idea what it would be like if you had +7 armors on...maybe that would seriously negate how much damage some of those enemies do...but raising my defense doesn't seem to help any. They clobber you regardless.Comment

Just so you have an update, since my last post I have:
Succeeded more Mavrics than argates (10 total)
Successfully purchased my wings
Participated in a Siege battle
Become a better PvP character
Rebuilt Mort to 40 members +
Developed a strong disdain for the private server
Made an abundance of friends that like Acclaim more than the PServerCame back on the 3/25/17 after 8 years of being AFK.Comment

Regular servers are a waste of time to a casual gamer like myself. I think the PServers are great. I do not want to waste my life playing this game so that I can experience everything it has to offer.
Anyway, my seg is 158 now. Crespo A seems to be the fastest way to level up after 150-155...unless you have a party strong enough to head for pilgrimage. Personally, I've never been there. Every time I try my party members start trying to PK or something and get killed. >_>
Also not having much luck getting my weapons and armors higher than +4. God damn the upgrade system sucks. D:
Working out the probabilities from a website I found, the chance of taking my level 130 item from +0 to +5 is 1 in 9. That's a terrible probability. Too bad it gets worse from there - 1 in 36 for +6, and 1 in 240 for a +7. Let's not even talk about +8 and +9...it's not even possible, unless there are ways of increasing the probability of fortifying these items I don't know about. Can only be done on low level items.
Getting a divine item is just as bad. With a 1 in 260 chance of getting a Noble 130 weapon going from a normal one being bad enough, there's a 1 in 3700 chance of a divine. LOL

I have made over 5 things +7 without cash shop items, and I've made a divine noble armour piece in 2moons without cash shop Items. Lol. I own.
EDIT: also, since I've started playing on this private server, I have found more time to hang out with friends and get out, I have also more time to play Stepmania now, which is awesome.

Those probabilities list on 2moons wiki must be wrong then. Either that or you are incredibly lucky. lol
And yes, some people do have lives outside of the computer, like myself. The Pserver is great
Though, 1500x is a bit high IMO, given you miss out on all of the early game stuff. IMO The problem with the 2moons exp curve is that growth rates for level up exceed growth rates for enemy exp. As such, I think a better system would be to increase the exp multiplier when you level up. It would make the whole process a lot smoother, so you're not going from level 1-30 in 60 seconds and not taking hours to level up later on.
Not sure it would be possible to code that though, lol.
Anyway, I think I'm about 161. I can probably rebirth soon, but I have no idea how actually. Where do you rebirth?Comment
