If ghosts still have lockdown, and the Mothership is vulnerable to it, the Mothership's a goner.
The majority of the known protoss units may be vulnerable to lockdown. And assuming ghosts have lockdown in control of a skilled player that can micro the ghosts, the protoss army could be destroyed in a matter of seconds.
There could potentially be many counters to this though in a real game as we have little knowledge of what is yet to come from other protoss units.

They wouldent be where they are now if they made unbalanced games, because inbalances means less fun, less fun means less people like the game, less people buying the game means less sales.

It's going to be PrO and theres always a counter to everything..

I heard thet the protoss start the game with a mothership and if it gets destroyed then you cant get another.I havent heard anything cool about the terran or zerg.

You don't start with it, but you can only have one at any point of time in the game. If it's destroyed I'm sure you can get another one - if you can afford it.

The Twilight Archon "hovers" from the ground, making it immune to terrain effects. Other then that, no. It's splash and damage are the same afaik.
