It adds up, big time. A few levels of double mp cost will be a huge difference in terms of meso/% coming in. But hey, do what you want.

Yesterday I stayed up all night playing and I got my theif up to lvl 25. Woot! I bought some new clothes but I dont like them, they make me look like a confused farmer. I also lvled my mage. so heres a mini guied on my characters.

Actually, to be honest, the only one that isn't cool is #4. It's decent, but not up to par with the rest.

And as for saving or not: Jason, you may not realize how huge of a difference 3 points in fire arrow is. You get a steady increase your entire career, but mages get huge bursts of power here and there. I would save for at least one level, though. The main thing is, go to the damage calculator and see if adding the points and doubling the MP cost would allow you to 1hk them a bunch. If that's the case, then you wouldn't actually be using more MP (one shot for 28 MP rather than 2 of 14 MP, both add up to 28 MP), but you'd be getting your killing done a lot faster.

I just pumped right through the double MP thing and had no money problems because of it. I had money problems because I had to get my Yellow Umbrella which costed over a mil, a chunk at lvl 35ish.

Ok, so apparently people sell DEX ores for 50k a piece even though they really shouldn't.

That's ok. But since I'd rather not get ripped off from strangers and I don't mind getting ripped off from friends, I'm asking for anyone with DEX ores to sell them to me. I really want my new cape.

I got my staff. I'm done with all the 7x equipment already assuming the scrolling goes well.

The problem now is the scrolls themselves. Seems not many people actually sell them. I'll be spending most of tomorrow procuring some.

Do not change channels at the end of a JQ hoping for an open channel to fight in the bonus. It will send you back to Kerning.

I learned this the hard way. I jumped B3 today for the wraiths at the end and to complete the quest. There was already some cleric there at the end so I'm like "ok I'll just change channels." Only, it sent me to Kerning. No completed quest. No awesome exp from wraiths.

I don't feel like grinding on coolies (they're retardedly slow for me to kill and their only good exp because I can tele around to kill them), zlupins (VERTICLE MAPS SUCK ASS WIZET YOU SHOULD DO SOMETHING ABOUT THAT), and wraiths (fuck JQs I'm never doing that shit again). I suppose I could go back to zombie mush, but OH WAIT THEY DON"T MOB GOOD ANYWHERE. Basically, I need people to come with me to macis. So... uh yea. Come to macis with me.
