600 dollars?! ..well that settles it, im not getting a ps3 for years. You know it took me two years to get my parents to buy me a ps2 and that was even with the price cut down.

I hate these companies that charge so much for the systems.. I'll betcha if they dropped the price down some theyd actually get more money because more people would go out and buy it instead of waiting 1-2 years for the price to become manageable...

They're already losing money.

For E3 im dreaming that Diablo 3 will be announced.

Blizzard also denied that anything of Diablo 3 will be showed. So if they do, it'll be a pretty big surprise.

Blizzard needs to annouce Starcraft 2 before they get anywhere near Diablo 3.

But who am I kidding. They won't be doing anything big and new as long as the WoW engine is running strong.

Things of note:

1) Zelda will be for both GCN and Wii. Guess which version I am getting. To be released on the day the Wii comes out.

2) Both controllers are motion-sensored (mentioned before; reiterating) and do so very very well.

3) The main controller has a speaker in it so as to provide a sense of depth with sound.

4) All movements are intuitive and are handled just as they would be in reality.

5) It does seem to be played on a television but they never got to how that is done.

6) Price not yet confirmed. Nintendo usually announces $250 but sells for $200.

7) 100+ new games for DS by Jan 1, 2007.

To add to that list, Wii will be always online as long as wi-fi is available; even if it is off. It was mentioned that this means that in a game like Animal Crossing, people can visit your town even while you are away! I would also expect that it will download updates as they are released, without you having to do anything.

No news on the Virtual Console. :/ No news on a SSB game yet either.

Oh, Red Steel is totally kickass. At first I honestly thought Red Steel was going to be bad, but now I'm a little more convinced that it won't be all that bad. I'm especially impressed by the physics. Everything you can do from breaking lights to blasting holes through things is very impressive.

There was something about a Makai Wars or something.

Makai Wars was the original concept for Phantom/Makai Kingdom. Basically, controlling entire planets of doods and taking over the planets of other overlords.

NIS realized that they couldn't make a game of that scale on PS2 hardware, so they're developing it for the PS3.

Halo 3 trailer. Nothing special, but nice to see some progress on it.

I think with my summer job money, I'll be able to get all three systems!!!!
By Christmas, I'll definitely have enough money, if it comes to that.
