For people who wanted a Test Server, this sounds like this is what it's becoming:

First of all, we would like to thank all testers for their continued support and interest. There have been lots of questions about the Beta Test recently, and here is some information that might clear things up.

The Beta Test is NOT going to shut down. As we have mentioned before, it will serve as a test server where we can test our future updates for the Official MapleGlobal.

The number of channels has reduced to 2, and that is because we simply do not need more. The number of players playing in Beta has drastically reduced after the launch of Official MapleGlobal, and two channels will be more than enough to support the remaining testers.

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THIS IS A BETA TEST. The service might be laggy or unstable because we will be constantly making minor updates and changes. Users should NOT expect the Beta to have the customer support or the level of maintenance that Official MapleGlobal has.

If you wish to keep a permanent account, we suggest you create an account on Official MapleGlobal. In Beta, due to the nature of the tests, there may be character resets and other drastic changes. However, there will be EXP bonuses and drop rate bonuses so that you can quickly test the advance level maps. You will privy to test out the new maps and updates on the Beta Server, but testers should not expect the beta servers to hold events or operate a cash shop. Think of the Beta Server as a preview server.

Again, we greatly appreciate your help in testing out Beta MapleGlobal. Please be reminded that this is a `Beta` test and NOT an equal, separate World. Thank you very much and we hope to make MapleStory better with your help.

Test Servers work as such:

EXP rates.
1-10 (2x)
10-20(4x)
20-30(6x)
30-40(8x)
40-50(10x)
50-60(20x)
60-70(30x)
70-80(40x)
80-90(50x)
90+(60x)

Which would be awesome. Nobody knows for sure if this is what's going to happen, but it's likely.

And, for things happening in the Official version:

It`s summertime (yes, wintertime in Australia), and we have prepared many exciting events for users in both Worlds.
Here's a list of events that will take place in June and July.
June 17 to July 1: 2X Meso and item drop rates (BERA ONLY)
Release of all level 60 items (SCANIA and BERA)
July 1 to July 3: Level 30+ quest event (BERA ONLY) NEW USERS PLAY HARD!!!
July 1: Release of Summer Item Set 1 [ 3 Tubes ] (SCANIA and BERA)
July 15: Release of Summer Item Set 2 [ Surf Board and 2 Tubes ] (SCANIA and BERA)
July: GM Events
Some of the events are only for Bera as we want to encourage new users to create characters on the new server.
We will post the details of GM Events: they consist of games that multiple users can join and test their skills.

In case you didn't hear before, Bera is another server that basically has NO PEOPLE ON IT. So, if you like tranquility, make a character there.

And I still don't have those earrings. Such a joke. However, I can almost guarantee that I have the best +Int from equipment in Scania. +22 int from equipment. It's glorious.

Oh, and I found this awesome thing about a "final boss" of sorts that drops godlike amounts of meso and tons of Level 90 weapons.

Hi..is the old beta client still available in the site..or does the client contains access to both test and official server? if it needs beta client to go test server..can teach me how to get it? Thank you =D

Like I said, nobody knows if it's really going to become a test client.

Nonetheless, the beta client is on beta.mapleglobal.com
