I have a lot of games for my xbox and i wanted to build on my ps1 collection. I have a couple games in mind, but i need to know what one is better.

Is vagrant story a good game?

any other sugestions on any good ps1 rpgs

dood...... wtf would go through anyone's right mind to make them even come close to contemplating the idea in the least bit to want to get a Gamecube? you would have to be a retarded monkey that is either drunk on imported tequila that has been tainted by being in the sun too long, or high..... either way..... Getting the Gamecube is dumb.....

For the record..... Only good games on Gamecube though, would be Metroid (Metroid 2 comeing out soon), Resident Evil games, and Viewtiful Joe.....

As for building on your PS2 titles, get the DDR games, and Spiderman2.... Spiderman2 owned....

i wont be getting a gamecube anyways. $99 is to much money to shell out for a "gamecube".

Gamecube is awesome. And there are good games besides those few you mentioned above: F-Zero, Super Smash Bros. Melee, Super Monkey Ball 2, Soul Caliber 2, Mario Kart, and more. Nitendo is the best company out there for gaming.

Valkyrie Profile is one of the best games ever made.

If you have a choice between VS and VP, get VP.

Yeah.... Sorry.... Forgot those games..... Funny how you could only mention a few games though, and each of those games have an E rating (except for Soul Calibur).....

It just bugs me that Gamecube has such good hardware... Better than PS2's actually, but they don't usually use it to their advantage and just produce games that all look cartoony.... There are a lot of game that COULD be multi-platform, but Gamecube stears clear of M rated games....

But for gaming, it is stricltly a gaming machine, no DVD's, no nothing.... But whatever.... Different people have different tastes.....

No I could mention more: Sonic, Tony Hawk, Madden, Star Fox 2?(coming out later this year). Plus the DS is going to be awesome.

Edit: Oh yeah and the Legend of Zelda series: Ocarina of Time and The Windwaker.

No good games, eh? I don't tend to spend a lot of money on games and have already purchased over 25 titles for my Gamecube. Guess how many are T-rated? 18. And it really doesn't matter whether or not the rating is "E", "T", or "M" if the gameplay is excruciatingly sub-par. Personally, I find my "E" rated games just as fun than most of my "T" rated games. Super Monkey Ball 1 and 2, although rated "E", could never be beaten by a person lacking intelligence. "Cartoonish" party games such as Wario Ware Inc. and Mario Party offer unsurpassed multiplayer action.

There are some games (like your own example: Spiderman 2) that come out on all three systems. If the gamecube has the graphics capabilities that you yourself said it has and costs only $100 while'st Xbox and PS2 are $50 more, why pay for the other systems? Sure, you've got your DVD. So does my computer. Why do I need three DVD players in my room? Got a TV in your room? Buy a DVD player for $20 and save the $30 difference when you get your Gamecube. Or, just get a DVD-ROM drive for your PC.

You know, initially I had a conundrom posed to me when I had to consider the purchase of a new console. I brought it down to Xbox and GCN... SSBM vs Halo. I finally decided that Halo was probably going to be the only good game (since Microsoft was new to the market) that would even be exclusive to Xbox and that GCN would be loaded with a plethora of other classic Nintendo releases, like Zelda, Metroid, Mario, etc. I'm glad I decided to go with my GCN as I now own 25 games that I still play to this day. Xbox is losing its exclusivilty in its games to PCs. Halo was first, then Splinter Cell. What's left is a pile of steaming garbage.

So, in summary...

Save money and buy a Gamecube.

The mega man series are hard. I have Mega Man X4 and it took me well over 2 weeks to beat becaus it was hard.


Right now im on disc 3 of Legend of Dragoon. Its a cool game.
