I didn't like it. My biggest annoyance was how bland the combat felt. Seemed like I was just swinging at the air through the enemy and then the enemy took damage. It had no feel to it at all.
Despite all the bugs, the beta was fantastic. It'd be nice if we get to keep our characters (I spent at least 50 hours hoarding crafting materials)~
-didn't realise the realise was this soon, I'll definitely be jumping on tomorrow to try out the races I neglected during the beta. =)

I'll let someone else answer that. I honestly can't give a proper opinion since I'm not there yet, life has been keeping me really busy. If you're on the edge when it comes to buying the game, I'd say wait to see how ZeniMax (Bethesda) handles user complaints and suggestions. They're justifying the monthly fee by proposing regular content releases. They have yet to prove it.
If you want an unbiased review, I could provide one later. It'll take me some time, since I haven't had much time to play. However, I can say without a doubt that when people claim leveling is slow, they have no idea what they're talking about. Sure, you can't hit endgame within a week when devoting a few hours a day. However, the pre-release isn't even over and one of my guild members already hit Lv. 42. I have high hopes for ESO, given there is finally an MMORPG where you actually have to earn what you brag about (lol GW2, Tera, <insert generic AAA MMORPG here>). That's saying a lot, because for the longest time, I'd talk shit about how bad this game was going to be.
