TWG 130: Hi-Roller's C9++ GAME THREAD

Setup:

Hi-Roller's C9++ is a 15 player semi-mystery setup developed by Kaivêran, that has by far the largest number of possible variations; it may be thought of more accurately as a system for generating games. Everyone knows the possible roles, but nobody knows which of those roles (if any) they will get. It can generate anything from a Vanilla Game to a power-loaded role madness game with a Serial Killer.
