    RED VERSUS BLUE!

    The Reds

3 werewolves (win by killing everyone outside their group, kill 1 player per night)
3 mafia (win by killing everyone outside their group, kill 1 player per night)
1 serial killer (win by being the last person alive, has 2 kill tries.)

    The Blues

1 detective (checks for mafia/not mafia)
1 seer (checks for werewolf/not werewolf)
1 psychic (gets the number of the reds still alive)
1 guardian (protect a player from being killed by werewolves/serial killer, can't protect himself, protected player not revealed)
1 bodyguard (protect a player from being killed by mafias/serial killer, can't protect himself, protected player not revealed)
1 super-saint (have the power to not be lynched once. After that he is just a regular human. Lynch protection will be announced in thread.)
1 forensic specialist (determine the identity of one dead player each night)
1 mafia-safetyman (cannot be killed by the mafia. It can still be wolfed.)
1 werewolf-safetyman (cannot be killed by wolf. It can still be mafia'd.)

    Red versus blue!

Here are the rules I drafted:

    1) The werewolves and mafias will be assigned randomly to group A and group B (They will be informed so in the pms). The kill alternates between group A and group B each night. The guardian and bodyguard will still send in their pick everynight.

    2) Psychic gets to know the number of the reds alive. (E.g. 2 wolves, 2mafias and serial killer still alive = *There is 5 reds left*)

    3) The serial killer has 2 tries to kill someone, the try is gone no matter if the kill is successful or not. If the serial killer runs out of tries and there are no other reds left, he can only lynch his way to victory.

    4) If all the blues are dead:
    a) Serial killer still alive: Game goes on as usual until serial killer dies.
    b) Serial killer dead: Then the side that has more members alive wins. If there is the same number of members, then the side with the most SUCCESFUL kill wins.

    5) Guarded players will not be announced.

Feel free to message me on aim for rule/role clarifications =)

TASS COMMENTS: I'm opening the thread up for comments... this is a non-green game, and as such, has PLENTY of potential loopholes and/or unbalances. Personally, I'd recommend against the game, just because of that. But... I want everyone's opinions.

The 2 big things I see right away is:
    a. 4b... whoever gets the night 1 kill will have an obvious advantage towards winning, should this situation arise. Perhaps a better solution would not be to use the number of successful kills from each side (because it will likely be 2 or 3), but use the percentage of kills that are successful vs total number of kills. Still possible that it could come out 3/3 for 1 side and 2/2 or 4/4 for the other... and something needs to be done in that case, but this seems to be a little better...

    b. the super-saint. what is to prevent him from coming out night 1? figure it... 1 of the 2 guardians is useless each night... but we don't know which. So both should always guard the same person. They also both guard against the serial killer. So the super-saint comes out... even if someone else comes out as a fake, if they both get lynched, the super-saint will come back. He has no fear... and an instant 9 person alliance... and gg reds. so, that kinda ****s your game a little, huh.

    Fish (hosted by mead)

(aka better than anyone else's idea)

    16 Players, 3 wolves (2 regular, 1 master), 2 blue roles.

angel - A lot like the guardian mixed with a bookie. Every night the angel chooses who he/she wants to protect (same as guard) and who he/she wants to smite. On a successful protection, the person he/she chose to smite will be killed in place of the person he/she protected.

interrogator - At the end of every day, the person who is lynched joins a chatroom with the host and the interrogator. The lynched person is then forced to answer three questions asked by the interrogator, one of which MUST be answered correctly. The master wolf is the only exception to this, and does not have to answer any truthfully. (Note, more than one question may be answered truthfully, but at least one MUST be answered truthfully by everyone but the mw)
(Double note, the interrogator must ask three DIFFERENT questions.)

    ADDITIONAL THING I FORGOT
This game is all about who has what information. For that reason, the master wolf is the only wolf who knows who his wolf partners are. The PMs going to the normal wolves will say "You are a wolf." But it won't specify wolf partners. This will allow for the wolves to answer truthfully that they don't know who the wolves are if they are lynched, but it will also allow a ballsy human to contact a random person and say "hey I'm the master wolf" This addition may or may not be used, depending on if it creates too many problems.

I'd really like to get someone else to host this, so if anyone wants to host but doesn't have an idea, this one's up for grabs. If not, I'll just host it myself, no problem. Poke your holes, you TWG demons!

    nForcer

This TWG will be Phoenix Wright themed. 16 players, 1 guardian, 1 seer, and 3 wolves, one master. Seems like a standard game, but this will include a new role, which for the sake of the theme, I will call the PROSECUTOR.

The Prosecutor is neither human nor wolf. Each night, beginning with Night 1, the prosecutor must call a "witness," who will be added to the prosecution team. If the Prosecutor can call two witnesses and keep them all alive for two days total, the prosection team wins, and all remaining humans and wolves lose. Of course, there are a few loose ends with this role, so I'll fix them up for best understanding.

    - The Prosecutor can only call plain humans as witnesses. He will told that his choice failed, and nothing more, if he chooses a wolf or special role.
    - The Prosecutor is immune to wolfings. If a wolf kill fails, they will be told whether it was due to a guarding, or if they tried to hit the Prosecutor. The only way to kill the Prosecutor is by a lynch.
    - The Prosecutor's picks are not told who picked them, only that they were picked. If a second is chosen, they will know their partner, but still not the Prosecutor.
    - If the seer tries to see the Prosecutor, they die. Oops.
    - Humans will win before the prosecution team wins. If the humans lynch the last wolf on the same day the Prosecutor has is on the second day with two witnesses, the prosecution team loses and the humans win.
    - Members of the prosecution team are not humans. They revert back to human status if killed, or if the Prosecutor dies.

Needless to say, this game embodies a lot of mystery and hectic strategizing, especially because there is no way to know how close the prosecution team may be to winning. Heavy activity is the only way to make this game work.

There is still the issue of order of winning in relation to human/wolf ratio and such. I'll clarify that later if I'm chosen.

Okay, I will fix the roles/rules up a little then >_>

How about change the super-saint's power into being able to resurrect one person. (only one shot)?

Also, I think the serial killer should be made so he can bypass guards.

This seems to be a bit altered variant of http://www.princeton.edu/~mafia/vgp1.htm. For an unbalance, maybe this can be taken into consideration, especially because they've already done it and can vie for any sort of complications.

Resurection is never good. People find out roles after dieing.

Wilkin... TWG 11 was a game like this... and we used 24 players to do it.

EDIT: Ninja'd. This is in reference to Tps's post.

They won't if there's a reason not to. It will be made clear to everyone, living or dead, that they aren't to talk about the game to anyone, related to the game or not.

the 24 player one works well, we may or may not have 24 players, also if i have until tomorrow, I can make a ressurection game that works, I just want to play in it... it'll use the 3 ressurection roles from the princeton rules, but will be one team and good for 18 players or less..
                    but for now... postCount++

I'm all for resurrections (we've never done this before, right?) but I don't like the 2 red teams idea. I have yet to see a game of one play out in a way I'd describe as good.

Just like 2 games ago... I again give my support to nForcer.

Host voting will start TONIGHT.... so can we figure things out between Mini/Fish, who is hosting which game, the kinks in Mini's game? If blah is going to throw another idea out there... please do so within the next few hours.

In Fish's game, how will wolf kills be decided? I thought of hosting a game where the wolves didn't know who each other were, but I scrapped the plan when I couldn't decide on a good way to decide the night kills. Democratic? Or will MW automatically get choice? Will MW be transferred if he dies?
