from the vid, i can tell you that having the intro makes it feel weird
you do nothing different at 1:50 which would help lower monotony

Yeah the intro dealio kinda bothers me. I'll look it over again and see if there's another way to connect them. Oh and (even though I don't consider them to be great) I've had my graphics taken a few times so I figured including my username would be an effective way of preventing that.
And I just repeated that section cuz it's identical as far as pitch, but with other sounds layered in. I couldn't make it like an 8th jump stream or anything =P.
Oh and I've played zaghurim's version (at least I'm pretty sure it was his). It's decent, but I didn't really care for it. A few blatant errors. If I remember correctly he even replaced 16th triplets with a constant 12th stream. And some big PR issues too. And this new mp3 cut flows very nicely.“Beware the irrational, however seductive.
