I think there should be more testers, but everyone shouldn't be.
Bemanistyle's rating/testing system didn't work sufficiently, because of lack of testers to simfiles.
At first testers judge the simfile whether it's observing the rule or not, and then rate in Arch's
#1 - #4 points with a comment why they rate so about the simfile.Comment

So the mods don't have to play EVERY simfile themselves to check sync'ing/overall suck factor of a simfile.
There's a lot of people here that can say "the sync'ing sucks on this stepfile" and the mods wouldn't have to question them or check for themselves.Reach: there was this bee. i hate bee\'s...i tryed to kill it, but then it didn\'t die and it started making weird noises so i was like oh (#$% hes gonna sting me. i started running but i triped over some rock and rolled down a hill into the river.Comment
